• Carrie Woodcock

  DVM

  Dr. Carrie Woodcock DVM MS CCRP is a 1996 graduate of the University of Illinois, College of Veterinary Medicine. She currently lives in West Grove, PA with her husband, 3 children, 4 cats, 2 dogs, guinea pig, hamster, and bearded dragon. She is a certified rehabilitation practitioner and will soon be certified in chronic pain management. She is currently pursuing certification in Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation. Her passion is improving quality of life for our fur children through improved mobility and excellent pain management. She is excited to offer a wide variety of Rehabilitation services here at VCA Wellington Animal Hospital and is eager to get your friends comfortable and mobile!.

• Caitlin Botes

  VMD

  Dr. Caitlin Botes grew up in the small town of Lititz, PA. While accomplishing her dual major in Biology and Chemistry at West Chester University, she gained experience as a veterinary technician at an emergency/general practice. After graduation, she performed research as a clinical investigation nurse at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Botes went on to obtain her Veterinary Degree at the University of Pennsylvania in conjunction with the Penn Veterinary Medicine VBMA Business Certificate Program. Her professional interests include Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care. Dr. Botes currently live in Aston, PA with her husband and 2 four-legged children, Lilly, a Maltese, and Daisy, a Yorkie. Dr. Botes also has a strong passion for horses. She enjoys spending her free time riding, training and competing with her horse, Amber.

• Mia Bleier

  DVM

  Raised in Israel, Dr. Bleier dreamed of becoming a veterinarian since the age of 8. After serving in the Israeli Defense Force, she decided to return to America to fulfill that dream. Dr. Bleier attended The Pennsylvania State University and earned her bachelor's degree in Animal BioSciences in 2008. She then moved to the Midwest, completing her DVM studies at the University of Illinois, graduating in 2012. After graduation, Dr. Bleier worked as an emergency veterinarian before joining VCA Wellington in July 2013. Her spare time is spent with her husband, Andrew and their beautiful cat Sophie.

• Dan Kirsch

  Associate Veterinarian

  Dr. Dan Kirsch is originally from upstate New York near Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. He moved to the area to obtain his undergrad degree at Haverford College and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. He currently lives in Collegeville, PA with his girlfriend and boisterous orange male cat named Cosby. He enjoys attending live music concert, kayaking in the Poconos, and he is trying to pick up a little nature photography on the side! He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing in area softball and football leagues. Professionally, his interests include internal medicine and dermatology cases, but he says nothing beats playing with the puppies and kittens!
